Orchard Acres Apartments joined our portfolio in 2014. Situated picturesquely on over 15 acres, this community provides a quaint and affordable place to live within walking distance to the University of Connecticut.
Deer Park Apartments, acquired in 2019, offers quiet and spacious floor plans equipped with balcony/patio space. Both properties have contributed to the growth of our company over the last eight years and will be remembered.
