About Gajewski Realty Trust
Gajewski Realty Trust is built on the partnership, work ethic, and long-term vision of two brothers who entered the real estate business together in the 1990s. What began with the acquisition and management of individual properties grew over more than three decades into a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial real estate.
The success of Gajewski Realty was grounded in hands-on ownership and a commitment to the properties, tenants, businesses, and communities connected to them. Rather than taking a short-term approach, the brothers focused on caring for each property, responding to its needs, and building value over time through hard work and dedication.
Today, Gajewski Realty Trust has completed the sale of its real estate portfolio and does not currently engage in active ownership, leasing, or property-management operations.
Our History
In the 1990s, two brothers combined their experience and ambition to begin acquiring real estate. Over the next 30 years, Gajewski Realty Trust steadily expanded from its early holdings into a portfolio of apartment communities, commercial properties, retail plazas, and related real estate across multiple states.
Its properties served a wide range of communities—from student-oriented housing near the University of Connecticut and Texas Tech University to residential and commercial properties throughout Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, and Texas. The portfolio included properties in Bangor, Maine; Morrisville, Vermont; Storrs, Connecticut; Lubbock, Texas; and across Massachusetts in Southbridge, Great Barrington, New Bedford, Dennis, and Easthampton.
Through changing markets and decades of ownership, Gajewski Realty Trust remained committed to a simple philosophy: work hard, care for the property, and take pride in doing right by the people and communities it served. That philosophy shaped the Gajewski Realty Trust legacy and remains at the heart of its story.
