Dating back to the early 1990’s, Southbridge has been a part of our ever-growing business. We are thrilled to return to Southbridge with the acquisition of the Southbridge Fair.
Situated off of the Quinebaug River, The Southbridge Fair is a shoppers hub for local residents, workers, and travelers along route 131. Home to stores such as Big Y World Class Market, we are thrilled to add this location on our map of commercial properties throughout New England.
